I don't like this month's flavor. Can you send me a different one?
Nope! Because I make my product in small batches, I try to only keep on hand what is currently being shipped. So...no substitutions! If you don't like it, wait til next month or order a Scent Free cream. I plan on keeping some Scent free on hand for just such incidents!
I don't like the product. Can I return it?
Your first purchase is 100% risk free! Just send me an e-mail at essentiallotuscreations@gmail.com, and I will refund your moolah. After your first purchase, if you have any issues at all, send me an e-mail, and I will do my best to take care of you! (I am usually really good about this sort of thing, but I do reserve the right to refuse a refund if I feel that you are abusing the system.)
Can I use this product with condoms?
Because this is an oil-based product, I do not suggest using it with latex condoms. However, it works great with lambskin, polyisoprene, and polyeurethane condoms.
I have a sensitivity to a specific essential oil. Can I tell Christina about that ahead of time and just have her skip any shipments with that flavor?
As much as I want to say yes to this one, I just simply don't have the bandwidth to manage everyone's preferences at this time. If I think of it and remember, I definitely try to message my customers when I know a flavor is coming up that they won't like, but I don't always remember. My suggestion? Keep an eye on the flavor list and just be sure to pause or skip when one is coming up that you don't want. I always list all of my ingredients so you shouldn't have any unexpected surprises.
Why is it more expensive if I am not in the U.S.?
Shipping. It just simply costs me more to ship to you.
